The waitlist is open Β· pre-launch group

20 families get in first.

Before SupaBizzy opens to everyone, I'm taking 20 Founding Families into the pre-launch group. It's $69 for the year, refunded in full if you cancel in the first 30 days, I set your family up myself, and what your week is missing is what I build next.

$69 for the year. Full refund within 30 days. 20 spots. Setup with the founder.

Keep your calendar

SupaBizzy connects to the Google Calendar your family already uses. Nothing to rebuild, no events to re-enter, nobody at the soccer club to convince.

Name an adult on everything

Every practice, pickup, and appointment gets a lead. Handoffs have to be accepted by the person taking them, and anything unclaimed gets flagged early.

Stop hunting for paperwork

Forms, registrations, insurance cards, physicals. Your answers stay ready to reuse, and the documents stay attached to the moment that needs them.

The whole idea, in one event

A calendar says soccer is at 5:00. That's about all it says.

Your calendar is not wrong. It's just thin. It holds the time and the place, and every other question lands back on the one person who keeps the whole thing in their head.

A calendar shows what's happening. SupaBizzy shows who's got it.

  • Nothing private is ever written to your Google Calendar
  • Both parents, kids' profiles, and caregiver sharing included
  • It only speaks up when something actually needs a person

The demo, not a video

Don't take my word for it. Poke at it.

This is the real SupaBizzy demo, loaded right here, with a made-up family in it. No signup, no card, nothing to install. Break it if you can, then tell me what you'd want it to do differently.

A demo family's real Tuesday, ready when you are.

Loads in place, right on this page. Takes about two minutes to get the point.

Or open it in a new tab instead.

Try this first

Look at the day view and find the thing nobody has claimed yet.

Then this

Hand something off to the other adult and watch it wait for them to accept.

Then this

Open the Family File and pull up an insurance card the way you would in a waiting room.

Demo data is fictional. Nothing you tap in here touches a real family.

What a Founding Family gets

Twenty households, before the doors open to everyone. This is the part that does not scale, which is exactly why it only happens once.

$69 for the year, and a real way out

Full SupaBizzy access for your whole household, at the founding rate of $69 a year instead of $99. If it isn't earning its place, cancel within 30 days and I refund the whole thing. No form to fill in, no reason required.

A 20-minute setup call with me

Not a help doc, not a chatbot, not a five-part onboarding email. We get on a call, connect your calendar, put your real activities in, and I stay on until your actual week is in there and making sense.

Your week decides what I build

On the call I ask what makes your weeks harder than they should be. That list is my build list. Founding families see their own requests show up in the product, which is a very different thing than filing a support ticket.

A direct line to me

Something breaks, you tell me and I fix it, usually the same week. You are not customer number 4,000 in a queue. There are nineteen other families, and I know all of their names.

And when we open to everyone, you decide

$69 a year, lockedFounding Family rate, held for as long as you stay subscribed. Everyone after the founding group pays $99.

If SupaBizzy earned its place in your week, you can lock that founding rate when public checkout opens. If it did not earn it, you walk away, you owe nothing, and I would still rather have the honest answer. Nobody gets auto-charged, and nobody has to argue with a billing page to leave.

No mystery funnel

What happens after you apply

2 MINUTES

You tell me about your week

The form below asks about your kids, your activities, and what keeps landing on one person. Short answers are fine. I read every one myself.

WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS

I reply, personally

If your family looks like a fit for the group, I send you times. If it isn't a fit yet, I tell you that straight, and you keep your spot on the regular waitlist.

20 MINUTES, ONCE

We set your family up together

One call. Your calendar, your activities, your people. You leave with a working run-sheet for your real week, and I leave with your list of what's still missing.

This is for your family if

  • One person is quietly holding the schedule, the forms, and the deadlines
  • Your family already runs on Google Calendar
  • There's a second adult, or a grandparent or sitter who covers sometimes
  • Your kids have enough going on that Tuesdays require planning
  • You're willing to tell me what's broken instead of quietly giving up on it

This isn't the right time if

  • You need a finished, polished product today. This is a pre-launch build and it shows in places.
  • Your calendar lives entirely in Apple or Outlook. Google Calendar is what SupaBizzy connects to right now.
  • You want a chore chart, a habit tracker, or a family social network. That isn't what this is.
  • You can't spare 20 minutes for the setup call. Without it, the app is just another empty app.
Why I'm doing it this way

I took my kid to swim practice and the pool was empty. The schedule had changed and the email about it was sitting in my inbox, unread, under forty other things from the same club.

That was also the spring I signed the kids up for two activities that met at the same time on the same days. Two different websites, two confirmation emails, nothing anywhere to catch it before I paid. A few weeks later I sat at my daughter's appointment while the front desk asked for the form they told us to bring when we booked it. It was at home on the counter. I had even printed it.

None of that happened because we don't care or don't have a calendar. We have a calendar. The problem is everything around the calendar, and it all lived in email and in our heads, and our heads were full.

So I built the thing I kept looking for. It works, and I use it every day, and I know it still has gaps. The fastest way to find those gaps is to sit with twenty real families and watch where the app stops being useful. That is why the group is twenty and not two hundred, and why the founding rate is $69 with a full refund on the table for thirty days. You should be able to walk if I haven't earned it.

If you're the person in your house who knows where everything is, I would like to build the next part with you.

Greg

Straight answers.

If your question isn't here, put it in the application. A human, the human, will answer it.

What does it cost, and what if it isn't for us?

$69 for the year, which is the founding rate and stays your price for as long as you stay subscribed, while everyone after the founding group pays $99. If it isn't for you, email me within 30 days of paying and I refund all of it, no form and no reason required. The other half of the deal is that you talk to me: I want twenty families who will tell me what's clumsy, what's missing, and what they stopped using after week two.

What happens when the pre-launch group ends?

Nothing changes for you. Your $69 founding rate is held for as long as you stay subscribed, while everyone joining after the founding group pays $99. You'll get an email before any renewal, and you can cancel from Settings at any point without asking me.

Do I have to switch calendars, or get my partner to learn an app?

No, and that's the whole design. SupaBizzy connects to the Google Calendar you already use instead of replacing it, and the schedule keeps showing up where your partner already looks. Accepting a pickup or a handoff takes one tap, not a project-management ritual. Family apps die when one parent sets them up and the other never opens them, so this one is built against that.

How much of my time does this actually take?

Twenty minutes for the setup call, then whatever you'd normally spend keeping your family's week straight. I'll check in occasionally and you can ignore me when the week is heavy. No mandatory calls, no feedback homework, no surveys.

Is my family's information safe?

It's the part I take most seriously, so here are the walls. Nothing private is ever written to your Google Calendar: family documents, handoff notes, and who's-responsible details stay inside SupaBizzy, and the only thing it writes to Google is its own dedicated family calendar. Notifications are safe to glance at on a lock screen. Anything you share with a grandparent or sitter is scoped, expires on its own, and can be revoked. Your family's data is not for sale, and there are no ads.

Is the product finished?

No, and I'd rather say that here than have you find out on a Tuesday. It is a working pre-launch build that my family and a small number of others use daily. Some corners are rough, some things I want are not built yet, and the demo above is the honest version of what exists today. If you need finished and polished, wait for public launch and I'll be glad to see you then.

What do you actually want from me in return?

Use it for your real week, and tell me the truth about it. That's the deal. If you love it, I'd welcome an introduction to another family or a few honest words I can quote. Neither is required, and neither buys you anything you weren't already getting.

Do I need to live somewhere specific?

The setup calls are on video, so no. I'm starting close to home in Madison and Dane County because it's easier to meet families in person, but a good fit anywhere in the US is a good fit. Tell me your city and time zone in the form and I'll work around it.
