By using SupaBizzy, you agree to what is written here. If you do not, please do not use it.

Who you’re agreeing with

SupaBizzy is operated by its founder in the United States, and your data is stored and processed in the United States. When these pages say “we,” that is who they mean. You can always reach a human at hello@supabizzy.com.

What SupaBizzy is

SupaBizzy is a tool for organizing family logistics: a shared schedule with a named person carrying each thing, a place to keep the details you keep re-typing, and reminders for whoever is actually responsible.

It is a young product

SupaBizzy is early and changes often. Things will break and features will move. Do not use SupaBizzy as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — in particular, keep original documents where you normally keep them.

We may change or withdraw features. If we ever have to shut SupaBizzy down, we will give you notice and time to get your data out, and we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them to improve SupaBizzy without owing you anything. Your family’s data is a different matter entirely; see “Your content stays yours” below.

Your account and your family

SupaBizzy accounts are for adults — you must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to create one. Children never get accounts; a parent manages a child’s details as part of the family.

Keep your sign-in link to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite into your family — anyone you add can see that family’s information.

Only add someone else’s personal details, including a child’s, if you are entitled to. If you share a sheet by link, you are responsible for who you give the link to.

Paying for SupaBizzy

What it costs

One subscription covers your whole household. There are no per-person charges and no tiers.

For the first 20 families, the Founding Family Pass is $69 for the year. Once those 20 spots are taken, checkout switches automatically to SupaBizzy Family — $99 a year or $14.99 a month. Prices are in US dollars.

It renews automatically

Your subscription renews at the end of each period — a year for annual plans, a month for monthly — and the card you paid with is charged automatically until you cancel. You do not have to do anything for it to renew, and you will be charged again unless you cancel first.

Open Settings → Billing in the app at any time to see your renewal date and your invoices, change your card, or cancel. That opens your billing page at Stripe, who handle payments for us.

Your founding price is locked

If you take the Founding Family Pass, $69 a year stays your price for as long as your subscription stays continuously active — we do not move you onto the standard price later. If you cancel and come back, the founding price is gone and you rejoin at whatever is on offer then.

Canceling

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, without asking us and without explaining yourself. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — canceling in month two of an annual plan does not cut you off in month two. Nothing renews after that.

The 30-day refund

Try SupaBizzy with your real family for 30 days. If it does not make family life easier to carry, email hello@supabizzy.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions, no form to fill in. Refunds are issued by hand, usually within a few business days, back to the card you paid with.

A refund ends the subscription: access stops when the refund is issued rather than running to the end of the year you had paid for. That is the honest trade — you get all your money back, we stop providing the service.

After the first 30 days, cancel any time to stop the next charge. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise and your family has not been using SupaBizzy, email us — we would rather sort it out than keep money from a family that is not getting anything from it.

Deleting your data is not the same as asking for a refund. Deleting your family stops the subscription immediately so you are never charged again, but it does not automatically send money back. If you are within your first 30 days and want the refund too, email us before you delete — we can still refund a deleted family’s payment, but asking first is simpler for both of us.

If a payment fails

Cards expire and banks decline things. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following couple of weeks. While that is happening SupaBizzy keeps working normally. We will tell you there is a problem and ask you to update your card, but we will not lock your family’s schedule over an expired card. If the retries are exhausted and the subscription ends, access ends with it.

If the price changes

We may change the price of future renewals. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect so you can cancel first if you would rather. Founding families keep $69 as described above.

The details

Only a family organizer can start a subscription or open the billing page. Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers; we only ever see your subscription’s status and renewal date.

If your subscription ends

We do not delete your family’s data when a subscription lapses. You can still sign in, reach Settings, ask us for an export, and delete everything yourself — getting your data out is never behind a payment. The day-to-day surfaces pause until there is an active subscription again, and re-subscribing picks up where you left off.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into SupaBizzy remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, show it to your family, and send it where you ask us to — for example to a calendar you connect, or a sheet you share. We do not claim ownership, and we do not use your family’s content to advertise to you or to train machine-learning models.

Fair use

Do not use SupaBizzy to break the law, to store someone else’s information without a reason to have it, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it as your own.

Connected services

If you connect Google Calendar or follow a public calendar feed, those services have their own terms and their own reliability. We are not responsible for what they do, for outages on their side, or for the accuracy of what they publish. You can disconnect at any time.

Not professional advice

SupaBizzy helps you organize information and coordinate who is doing what. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and a reminder from SupaBizzy is not a substitute for your own judgement about your family.

No warranty, and limits on liability

SupaBizzy is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, correct, or that it will catch every conflict or missed handoff.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SupaBizzy — including a missed appointment, a missed pickup, or a form submitted late. Where we are liable and that liability can be limited, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using SupaBizzy whenever you like, and delete your account or your whole family’s data yourself in the app — see the privacy page for exactly what that removes and when. We may suspend an account that is being used in the ways described under Fair use; if we suspend a paid account for any other reason, we will refund the unused part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Wisconsin. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and email you when a change is significant — always before a change that affects what you pay.
